Online or in-person, this is designed to gather a wide range of information, from general questioning around work/life practices, personal and family medical history to diet and lifestyle patterns. I will also take a thorough physical assessment which will range from the standard biomedical examinations, such as taking the vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate) and anthropometric measurements (body weight, height, waist circumference) to more naturopathic physical examinations such as Iridology, hair, skin, nail and tongue signs.

This information is gathered to see the bigger picture. It can help locate the root cause of the problem presented and possible predisposing and sustaining factors that may need to be addressed in order to create a realistic, practical treatment plan for you.

Acute Consultations

These consultations are for acute conditions such as colds & flu and or repeat herbal/nutraceuticals prescriptions. Taking a safety first approach I will always take a short personal history and physical examination to check any contraindication or red flags.

Naturopathic Health Check

A Naturopathic health & wellness check can detect early signs of health issues and examines your current health status. This 1 hr consultation will include a range of Biomedical examinations, such as taking your vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate) and anthropometric measurements (body weight, height, waist circumference) to more Naturopathic physical examinations such as Iridology, hair, skin, nail and tongue analysis, along with a thorough case history which will include diet, lifestyle and a complete medical history. Patients are welcome to bring in any recent pathology to be assessed holistically and or further pathology may need to be ordered. All information shared during the consultations are strictly confidential. These wellness checks are open to men, woman and children of all ages.

Infants/Children and Teens - Initial & follow up consultations

These consultations will run in the same way as an adult consultation and all children under the age of 16 must have an adult to accompany them during the entire consultation. Children have varying nutritional needs during different times of their lives. Thus, it is important to address dietary changes based on their current health status, their age and body weight. Naturopaths can help support your child with a wide range of areas, from colic, colds & flu and first foods with your baby to anxiety, depression and acne in teenagers. Return Consultations

Online or in-person, this time will be spent going over the treatment plan in detail and any new information found like blood pathology analysis. The treatment plan may include a diet plan and wellness practices and or programs. It also gives time for any extra questions from you and again a thorough physical and emotional assessment/examinations.

Iridology Readings

This is a 30 or 60 minute Iridology reading were we will explore the window to the soul, your eyes and if the report is purchased a detailed Iridology report will be emailed through within 7 days of the reading. Iridology is an analysis of the iris and can tell a Naturopath a range of health facts, specifically identifying inherited strengths, health issues and any toxicity present in the body. Iridology is just one of the many insightful holistic tools that a Naturopath can use to understand the body's overall health & wellbeing.

Pregnancy Support Package

This package includes four consults to support you through each trimester and post birth, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester consults are designed to discuss your health, your pregnancy and the changes and nutrient requirements that occur as your pregnancy progresses. The 4th consultation includes a post birth support plan and an 60 min online consult or home visit. Each consult includes a complete naturopathic health review, (including supplement, dietary, and lifestyle recommendations), appropriate testing recommendations at each pregnancy stage and education on antenatal care, developmental milestones, pregnancy well-being diet and lifestyle recommendations, nutrient requirements for each stage of pregnancy, natural remedies for pregnancy conditions and complications, preparing for your birth, hypnobirthing, birth recovery, preparing for a successful breastfeeding journey and post-natal support.
