Experts recommend drinking 8 glasses of filtered water a day, which equals about 2 litres. NOW depending on your lifestyle - you may need more, for eg, if you are exercising regularly & are a larger build you may need more.
How do i know if i am having enough or too much water ?
You can divide your weight by 30 to calculate how much water you need a day, so if you weigh 60 kilos - you should drink 2 litres , 80kg would = 2.6kg .
This does not mean, chughing back a litre or two at once... NO.. it is important to drink it slowly in gratitude instead of gulping it down to get the best absorption rate. When we sip slowly we swallow saliva with the water, helping to support digestive function.
